Having lived in Milan, Barcelona, Paris and now Moscow, she has a remarkable command of languages: she speaks English, Russian and her native Yugoslavian – as well as a strong working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
Travelling the world is a central part of Sandra’s life. Russia is her home, but she spends a considerable time abroad.
Sandra and her husband have a great passion for foreign cultures and religion. This is what inspired them to travel to the tiny, remote Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan: "There are only 600,000 people in the whole country," says Aleksandra.
"I’ve travelled to so many countries of vast beauty and individuality,” she said, “so it’s hard for me to decide which one I love the most.” However, South America has a particular place in her heart, “Especially Bolivia,” says Aleksandra, “It’s one of the poorest countries in South America, but it’s also the most beautiful”
