Aleksandra Nikolic married Russian businessman Andrey Melnichenko in 2005. He is a self-made billionaire who was born in Gomel, U.S.S.R (Belarus) in 1972.
After receiving a degree in Finance from the Plekhanov Institute with a specialisation in Finance and Credit, Andrey became a founder of MDM Bank, where he held various senior managerial positions, becoming MDM Bank’s President for four years from 1997—2001, and Chairman of the Board from 2001—2005.
